- Added mouse over text in the vehicle database indicating what vehicle is required to acquire a convertible vehicle

Patch 1.70.2 was released on 15 May 2022.

- Reduced ship condition decay rate slightly
- Adjusted the maximum speed of some ships to be a little faster
